Please note that this app is exclusively compatible with the TEMPUR-Ergo™ Premier and TEMPUR-Ergo™ Grand (v2) adjustable bases. To ensure compatibility, please make sure to have the required functional Wi-Fi module installed, which comes included with these specific products. Unfortunately, this app does not work with the TEMPUR-Ergo™ Advanced or TEMPUR-Ergo™ Basic adjustable bases, nor the first-generation TEMPUR-Ergo™ Grand adjustable base.
